Sales Manager (Oslo)

The immediate tasks at hand for your position are:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Make reports and analyses of clients and project management
  • Responsible for the departments sales budget and ensure that overall financial targets are delivered and exceeded
  • Strengthen and train our sales department
  • Overall responsibility for clients, including strategic relationship with the client to secure delivery of the contractual obligations, and to build and develop long-term relationship
  • Be ahead of all of your client's developments, ongoing and upcoming campaigns through constant dialogue
  • Join your clients in meetings with their partners
Your skills
  • Minimum 5+ years sales experience from the real estate industry or the tech industry, and preferably with solution sales/SAAS
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience from management positions and client responsibility, with a strong and proven track record
  • You are very structured, goal-oriented, great at planning, organising and can administrate several tasks at the same time
  • You are proactive, self-driven and have a strong drive for results and are inspired by challenges
  • You are a great team player who has the ability to engage, inspire and come up with new ideas
  • You like traveling and accept business meetings at short notice
  • You communicate well with clients and are confident in meetings
  • You have an excellent command of the Norwegian and English language, both spoken and written
  • You understand that in a company that grows at our speed, changes are desired, sought after and needed to keep growin
